How do I access my membership?
RCA is currently using teachable.com online learning platform to host the membership product. You can access the membership tier options from RCA's Membership sales page. You will be able to toggle between monthly and yearly options and choose the tier that is best for you.
Once you have purchased access to a tier, you can view all available products from that tier in the My Membership page of your account. You can view content by section and click on any available product.
After your purchase the membership, the following resources will be emailed to you:
- The access link to RCA Community
- Links to schedules RCA Weekly Group Meetings
- 24/7 email and text student support line contact information
How long do I have access to my membership?
Being an Exclusive RCA Member grants you access to the membership package for the duration of your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership subscription at any time in your student profile.
What is your refund policy?
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY allows refunds if contacted within 3 days of a monthly renewal, or 14 days of a yearly renewal. RCA does not provide refunds beyond that, except on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
